L’amore Della Pasta was born from a deep love of tradition, flavor, and quality. Growing up in Tiriolo, a small town in Calabria, Italy, I learned from my mother the art of handmade sauces and pasta—using simple, wholesome ingredients like locally grown tomatoes, milled flour, fresh eggs, and other natural flavors. Inspired by those childhood memories, I now craft artisanal sauces and pasta infused with vibrant colors and rich flavors using spinach, Calabrian peppers, squid ink, and more. Every small batch of our sauces and pasta is made with care, just as it was in my family’s kitchen, to bring you the taste of authentic, handmade Italian sauces and pasta.
